Can VPN reveal throttlinf
Having some ISP problems today. With a normal connection I’m seeing sub 1Mbps speeds. Connected to a vpn, I’m seeing much higher speeds, but still not what I normally get. Is this a sure sign of throttling? خرید فیلترشکن

Why does vpn use not trip google/paypal etc security measures unless it’s used for a long time?
