I use PIA VPN and have to do these a few times a day, at least 2 or 3 at a time. I’m not really sure what to do about it either.
Depends on specific site. Some offer passes, like 4chan. (Wich fuckozzle if I would trust it with anything put a prepaid cash card) but I too have e tro let with Google captcha. I just got fast at them tbh.
My wife uses Chrome with her VPN and most sites are secured by google captchas. I use DuckDuckGo and NoScript anyway so I’m good with my usual sites most of the time.

It get the captcha on Google while using PIA from certain servers, mainly Midwest and East Coast. I switched to one in Canada and never get them anymore. It hasn’t affected my speed too much as I’m in MN and relatively close to Canada.

Anything you can do to improve your trust score is beneficial, but most services will likely require (multiple) captchas anyway. It’s inescapable with multi-user VPNs.
Probably the biggest help is to sign in to your personal Google account.
