You won’t need to pay more than 30USD for a good VPN for most needs. I’m sure in the next month you can find that somewhere. Until then, I don’t know any free VPN services that allow torrenting. If you want one for other purposes, try siga vpn or proton VPN.
Honestly, I would save up and buy a decent paid VPN one that does not sell you out. But in the meantime Proton Vpn offer but limited VPN that can be trusted.
