You have two options; you either need to configure your router to connect to the VPN, depending on the capabilities of your router this may or may not be possible. If your route supports this functionality, this involves logging in to your router and configuring the VPN address, connection type and authentication credentials.
Personally, I would recommend option two; see if your VPN provider had an app, if they do, download the app and use the VPN on each device. If they don’t, there is a pretty good chance they will have step by step instructions on how to configure OpenVPN or similar on your device. This will typically be much more straight forward and lessens the risk of messing up router settings
