من دقیقا به چه کار vpn ها اشتباه گرفته شود. اگر شما آی پویا است که شامل همه تجهیزات در شبکه محلی شما، اما تنها 1 کامپیوتر است شبکه اختصاصی مجازی مشتری در حال اجرا، چه در دقیقا مخفی نگه داشته است?

Yes. If you use VPN service on one device, it will protect that one device. But you can get routers with built in VPN service (needs to be enabled/subscribed: google is your friend) so you can protect all devices connected through it.
a VPN provides a “tunnel” between two clients. you could say you can join a remote network with an encrypted traffic path. for example you have your router provided network at home with dhcp etc. you want to join this network from a remote device. you build the encrypted tunnel to your router and you act like a device directly connected.
if you enter a website your local ip won’t be translated in the external (internet) address of the remote network. your address will be translated to the address of your network at home.
however the tunnel can be recognized and analyzed. it’s not an easy thing but it is possible to get your “real” ip.
