You have no privacy in Windows 10, or full-fat Google stock Android. An OS can circumvent any measures you run on top of it. The tools claiming to fix Windows 10 privacy don’t work, since it’s still a closed-source OS at the end of the day.
The solution is Linux and custom open-source Android ROMs.
If you’re not really ready to for example replace Windows with Linux or OEM-Android with an AOSP-Android, you should pay more attention to what browser(s) you’re using. They are the main thing between you and the interactions you do on the web.
Windows 10 is a privacy nightmare. Android and IOS are not any better either. There’re OSs out there that take your privacy and anonymity very seriously. Read around Tails.
Windows 10 ignores DNS specified, and connects to all DNS available. Android connects to Google DNS. Both are horrible for privacy. And yes, Google and Microsoft can totally access all your information in your OSes. That’s how they are built. Don’t want that? Use GNU/Linux.
