    “The “Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup” mode for Battle Royale will feel just like a standard slugfest — with one major difference: One hundred players will descend upon the map and fight until one player is left standing, as usual, but this time you’ll do so with the Infinity Gauntlet in play.

    The artifact containing all six Infinity Stones — the same one Thanos used to cripple Earth’s Mightiest Heroes on the big screen — will appear on the map. Whomsoever finds and equips it will transform into Thanos himself, wielding all the power that comes with him.”

  35. Probably buried, but here’s my guess for the LTM:

    Since the background of the image posted says “SNAP”, my guess is whoever finds the infinity gauntlet and gets to be Thanos will get a ONE time use of the IG’s power to wipe out half the population of the match (random ofc)

    This would create a ton of opportunities, you could find it at the beginning and use it right away to bring it down to 50, if you’re really confident and have it, wait til the final 2 then snap to guarantee a win, maybe your in a huge fight, get a big hit on you, about to die and use snap and pray the dude you’re fighting was one of the 50%, etc.

    Would be REALLY interesting to see how people use it

  40. Even if it’s just the mode tomorrow. This should mean that we could possibly get avengers skins now right? If they are working together to get rights to do a game mode I’m sure it will work similar for skins?

  45. No avenger skins, just you get to play as Thanos with the infinity Gauntlet if you find it in game. No word as to what could be the powers you get. But you turn into Thanos.

    *You start building towards him, blue tac in hand, to finish what you started*

    *You build a platform across and are now directly above him*

    *With a mighty leap you descend to finally defeat the last one standing and secure your first 20 Kill Game*

    *You align your shot mid-air, and as you set the crosshair on his head, you pull the trigger. DINK, the shot hits him for 9 and he’s down to 1 HP*

    *Distraught with the event you just witnessed, you land in front of the man you realize now is a no-skin, Pick Axe now in hand*

    *All too late, you realize what it is he bears on his left hand*

    *Still standing, his character whispers to you*

    “Should have aimed for the head”

    *The realization of what he is about to do strikes fear into your eyes*

    “NO!”

    *But it was too late*

    *You came in 2nd: Thanos has won the game*

  59. I’ve calculated 3.7 billion outcomes of this LTM, and there is only one in which I ever get the Gauntlet.
