به کامپیوتر خود را به trouble-shoot می خواهم از دهنده VPN اجازه دهید?

در * نمی * انجام بانکی در این لپ تاپ (مرور/رسانه ها تنها)، بزرگترین چیزی که من می خواهم نگه داشته–پنهان در این لپ تاپ رمز عبور ایمیل من است اما من واقعا مورد که سرویس دهنده VPN های بسیار و من و من به عقب و جلو هفته trouble-shooting شده اند & نمی تواند ثابت برای آن اهمیتی نمی دهند ، ارائه شده آنها دو پورت در (من فکر می کنم آن را نام VNC?) به دستگاه من تا آنجا که من می دانم که آنها 100 ٪ دسترسی (و دسترسی های آینده اگر آنها بازیگران بد بود یعنی من نمی تواند کمک کند اما تعجب که آیا مردم در نقش پشتیبانی فنی که ترک درب پشتی یا چیز دادن آن شود می مشابه آن، از این رو من تردید اینجا!)

من شده است با این شبکه اختصاصی مجازی برای ~ نیم سال حمایت خود را از لحاظ promptness/تن/حسن نیت ارائه میدهد/و غیره بزرگ بوده است (تنها مشکل است * من می تونم در VPN * lol!)، بنابراین فقط آنها را از راه دور ورود به سیستم-در’ اجازه دادن به لپ تاپ من و تعمیر/تشخیص/و غیره با تکیه به سمت خود اما می خواستم برای اجرای که توسط شما guys اول، مسئله در ماه و ‘آنچه شما انتظار?’؛ گفته می شود نمی خوام)

FWIW اعم از ساده و پایه درب پشتی/ریشه-کیت سیستم عامل معاوضه زنده ماندن من کردم هیچ ایده، من با استفاده از لینوکس نعنا و اگر من تا به حال مشکل آن چیزی که برای من به تنها پاسخ-نصب سیستم عامل به معناى!

    Any decent VPN will ask for error logs and give you easy instructions on fixing it yourself.

  4. If it’s a service that you pay for and support is a part of that service, then I would say yes – you are paying for it, after all. Maybe make sure exactly what they are looking for.

    I work support for a software company and sometimes I need to watch the thing fail in order to actually give the customer troubleshooting steps, because I just know more about the program, so I know what to watch for, and what actually matters.

    We use “Webex”, (similar to VNC, from what I can tell) and there is an option for them to “request control” or “request view” – you could allow them to view, and completely control what’s on the screen, and you can break the connection at any time.

    it’s a fairly normal event with support for complex programs, and they wouldn’t ask if they didn’t think it would accomplish something – but if you are worried about them fuckin with your system, then I wouldn’t do business with them anyways.

  5. Nope, not me, but I’ve always been really private with my electronics. Not even my domestic partner of 8 years has access.

  7. Did the VPN work at one point? If you wouldn’t care about reinstalling the OS, do that before you let a “stranger” access to your computer.

  10. No chance. Are there other computers or routers or IoT devices on your home network that can be accessed from your PC? Remember that they will be able to access those too, or backdoor your PC and scan your network later.

    But if you do decide to, first connect the PC directly to the internet, bypassing your other LAN devices, and maybe remove your email before allowing them on. Which again, sounds like a really bad idea.

  11. Is there some way you could let them have read-only access, while you’re on the phone taking instructions from them, but you’re in control of mouse and keyboard ? That way they could say “open internet options and click on Advanced tab” or whatever, and you do it, and you both look at the resulting display.
