Most won’t see the VPN traffic and you will be fine unless you have a dns leak. Those that do see the VPN traffic will only see that you are using a VPN.
from a traffic perspective if its a good VPN no. If they know what theyre doing they may be able to tell your using a vpn. Also is depends on the software used, for instance my old work had software that could record the screen of the pc if they were suspicious
