سلام r/، من می شده با استفاده از VPN SoftEther VPN برای یک سال یا حالا و تعجب بود اگر هر گونه نقص های امنیتی وجود دارد. من این چون SoftEther رایگان است و بسیاری از مردم می گویند که شما باید VPN پرداخت به امن استفاده درخواست. ممنون.

When you say you have been using SoftEther for a year, I assume you have downloaded the server and ran the software on your own PC. In that case, you have already set up a VPS for the VPN service. That is totally safe and private. Moreover, completely different from the discussion on the privacy in using “free VPN service”.
SoftEther is a non-profit project. Thus, they do not want to sell your browsing information and the such.
SoftEther makes use of used VPN protocols like OpenVPN, IPsec and SSL-VPN.
One of the drawbacks to SoftEther is the bandwidth, as the bandwidth used is more than likely someone’s bandwidth on their slow *DSL connection.
When people say that, they mean hosted VPNs. Something you are hosting yourself doesn’t count.
I’m not aware of any issues with SoftEther. It’s great for setting up a LAN, but you can’t use it for anonymity because it’s still your IP address.
SoftEther is really good, but as I said, it’s not for anonymity.
