I use AirVPN. They aren’t based in the US AND have no logs. The speed is consistent and great. Very few drops.
PIA and AirVPN have fast speeds in the US. From my experience, ExpressVPN was slow(er).
If money is not an issue, I guess building your own server is the the way
TorGuard seems to be fastest for me.
your gonna get 10 different answers… try them all for yourself…expressvpn, airvpn, mullvad, torguard. i had issues with pia, cuz they shove so many people on a single ip, the ip gets labled as spam
