  1. Every bitcoin transaction can be traced back, it’s pseudonymous. The best is probably cash. Some offer that. I actually did test Mullvad a while back, and sent them 5€ cash via anonymous letter an anonymously created acc number in it. 5 days later the account received a month of runtime. Really liked that system, though it adds cost for postage stamp. I am not sure who else does this type of anonymous payment.

  3. Buy Monero on any exchange you can—> send to exchange that requires no KYC—>buy bitcoin—>pay for VPN with bitcoin. Only way to be truly anonymous.

  4. Some have mentioned bitcoin is traceable which I knew, but isn’t there something called mixers or tumblers that make it anonymous? Not really into crypto so excuse me if I’m completely wrong here

  5. Some let you pay with gift cards, so you could walk up and pay cash for a Walmart gift card and send the card numbers as payment.

  7. For anonymity in bitcoin the best way is tumbling and sending it to a wallet created in TOR, and if possible send it to a second wallet that is created by TOR as well.

    However, the best way is sending the cash with snail mail directly.

  8. Can someone explain what the problem is using a credit card to pay for vpn? Why does it matter that someone sees you paid for a specific vpn service?
