بنابراین اگر چه به جای حمل و نقل پورت، شما و کسی دور از شبکه خانگی خود را به بازی چند نفره آنلاین تا شما هم به همان VPN سرور متصل می خواستم. شما هاست و سرور با استفاده از آدرس ip VPN خود را متصل به. کسی از شما دور به آدرس آی پی ip شما در vpn وصل می شود. از آنجا که خود تکنیکی در همان شبکه آن، مانند بازی های شبکه کار?

  1. There is a difference between being on the same layer 3 logical network and being on the same broadcast domain – ie a true local lan.

    I don’t know of any VPN technologies that forward layer 2 broadcasts out of of the box. Most of them you wouldn’t want to do that anyways.

    Now if you set up your OWN layer 2 vpn then I bet it would work.

  3. There used to be a tool that did this for you automatically.. I used to play War3 games with my buddies all the time with it. I believe the tool was called Hamachi and has since been bought out by LogMeIn

  4. Yes you can use a VPN for this. You can set one up with SoftEther. You will need a machine to act as the server, and other machines can connect to it, then they will be on the same network, so you can LAN.

    If you wanted to do it with something like PIA, then you would need PIA to forward a port, for SoftEther you would want 5555. You don’t need PIA in the middle for this, and can just use SoftEther.

  5. If I understand correctly, yes. I play aoe 3 with my gf. I setup open VPN on my router and configured it in Windows 10 on her laptop. She connects and AOE acts like we’re on the same network. Works great.
