1. It depends on how they do their blocking and just how fanatical they are in their censorship.

   Are Ports 80 and 443 still working? If so, then you could concentrate on finding a solution using those ports.

2. Any TLS VPN provider offering service over TCP/443.

   Also, connect by static IP. Don’t use DNS to resolve the vpn server, or the admin will catch it and block it.

3. Was this solved yet?

   If you use an OpenVPN client (I use [this one](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.blinkt.openvpn)) and the .ovpn files from your VPN provider, you can open the .ovpn in a text editor and check which ports they’re pre-configured to use.

   The “free VPN” apps might work if they’re just proxies and not true VPN tunnels.

4. If you have little experience, just VPN at home and remote in using your phone.

6. This takes some probing and research. Some places, you can get out on 443, some 110, some need TCP, etc.

   Pay for PIA, install the app, and play with settings until it works 🙂
