CENSORED ON A VPN REDDIT FORUM????
Too funny.. my post was just blocked by mods on r/VPN as i gave my opinion about customer service for TORGUARD…
CENSORING on a VPN forum?? ironic isn’t it. I hope i didn’t hurt your feelings.
NordVPN Review – کارشناسان معتبر VPN شما
Hi! Since two weeks ago my workspace started to block streaming services like Spotify and YouTube on it’s WiFi network and I thought I could start to use a VPN to get around this nonsense. A coworker told me he uses his own VPN what he mad on his NAS, but sadly I don’t have a NAS my home multimedia server is an oldish Win 10 based NUC, I’m not really into convert it to linux. Can I make my own VPN server from Win 10? It has to be IKEv2, IPsec or L2TP because I want to use it with my iPhone. So, for day to day use, im always behind a VPN. Im from CANADA, and i always choose the fastest server wich is obviously in Canada. So if speed is not a major concern (not gaming, not streaming, just browsing) what country should i use to be more private? I mean where there is strict rules regarding online privacy? Sorry for my pour english speaking, i hope you understand. Question: If I have a vpn on my laptop with a wireless card, and I then using a usb boot drive, use tails or kali Linux, will the vpn still be active on the internet I access. (aplogies if this is not the correct forum to ask in) Do you run a VPN on your mobile device 24/7, if so why? If not, why not? Currently my dumb ISP would block my Internet if there are too many TCP/UDP requests, from legit P2P services (e.g. P2P software updates), to video-conferencing apps (Webex, Zoom, Skype). If I use a VPN, under the hood, will all the connections bundle under one giant VPN connection, or will each TCP/UDP request spawn independent VPN connections? i.e. can the ISP meta-analyze my requests over VPN (# requests, packet size etc.) to block my Internet? So I have iptv, I want to watch the fights with my friend. But I can’t use it because the iptv is locked to my ip. So is there a way for me to save my ip adress in a vpn and connect to ip adress somewhere else? I noticed that the the virtual adapter gets a virtual IP address from the vpn gateway. Note physical ip address = ip address assigned in my local network virtual ip address = ip address assigned by the vpn gateway.. my question is, how exactly is that virtual ip address used at a packet level? When I want to send traffic (assume no split) what exactly dose my packet look like? I know the dest address is going to be the vpn gateway. But what about the source is it going to use the physical ip address or the virtual ip address? I am assuming the physical ip address otherwise how would the router be able to get packets back the the host. but if thats the case then what is the point of the virtual ip address on the adapter? Thanks.Question about setting up a private VPN server
