For the trail to be different, I’d expect that you’d have to be connecting to a different server than the paid users are connected to. That seems wasteful and complicated so my guess is it would be the same for paid and trial.
Maybe they could prioritize in a server the trial accounts based on the original IP of the trial user. That sounds even more complicated.
So no it should be the same
Hard to say. If the free trial has any limitations (data caps, bandwidth or p2p is blocked) it likely uses different servers than the ones reserved for the paid customers.
Most services offer a refund option too so that’s a better way to trial.
