Essentially how vpn with Netflix works is that VPN tries to change your IP address to one from that country (for example USA). However, Netflix USA will block that IP address when they realise it is from a VPN. So VPN providers take two approaches to this. 1) they keep changing their IP address so that when Netflix blocks it they can change the address so it is again unblocked. 2) you provide users (often at extra cost) with a private IP address that Netflix cannot detect as a VPN because it is only used by one user.
For VPN providers to adopt either of these options takes resources, specifically option 1. Thus, they only implement for popular countries, such as US, UK, and Japan. It is difficult to find such options for Sweden.
