    Using a VPN only transfers trust from the ISP to the VPN provider.

  4. In short yes, however a VPN provider could very easily monitor you which would basically make them no better then your ISP. I recommend you read new articles and see which VPNs have stood up to the heat and which VPNs have turned over user data on it’s customers. Reviews are nice, and good. But there’s always a chance you could be misinformed by an affiliated review site. New articles are much much more accurate.
