1. Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Then on the left select > Change adapter settings.

   Delete the TAP adapter it has installed. See if that works. I mean you’ve given us next to no info so that’s all I can really recommend.

2. You connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet ? If Wi-Fi, is there a physical switch to turn Wi-Fi on/off ? If Ethernet, cable is plugged in ? Reboot ?
