1. Yeah, if they detect 2 simultaneous connections from 2 devices registered under your payment information they could theoretically ban you. They almost definitely won’t though.

2. Logging is about the websites you visit, not usage as such.

   I would say they monitor data usage and bandwidth load under your account and may disable it if you exceed reasonable limits.

3. They are many VPN accounts that selling incredible cheap price compare to official website by using shared account concept (for all “cannot change account password” account). VPN supplier is well aware of this for a long time. They want to stop this as well.

   But technically, I don’t know how to achieve this by detecting connected device. Even with logs, how to confirm it is a shared account?

   For online seller, I think it is possible to launch legal action against them. Or just ask the third party platform that host seller account give warning or just shutdown the seller account directly. This is very time consuming and need to justify cost involved.

   For other sharing among friend that not more than restricted simultaneous connection, i really need to heard from anyone it is possible to stop. Any situation for sharing account I can think of is possible to happen on single user that own many devices and travel frequently. Unless, they restricted simultaneous connected devices cannot more than xx country. But within the same country, how to restrict?
